We respect our clients time and pride ourselves on running appointments on schedule. When appointment cancelations are not done properly this can affect clients appointments that immediately follow. By booking your appointment you authorize this business to charge your credit card a no show fee of up to 100% of the scheduled value should you miss your appointment without proper notification.
APPOINTMENTS must be cancelled 48 hours in advance before the appointment. There are no refunds on deposits or payments and any credit or voucher will be forfeited without proper cancellation. Late arrivals will be subject to forfeiting their appointment after 15 mins & $25 late fee will apply. Late fee may be paid by deducting from any payment deposit or by forfeiting prepaid voucher.
PRE-PAID SPECIALS & VOUCHERS must be redeemed within the aloted time. Pre-paid rebooking specials expire in 30 days but must be booked within 7 days of purchase. These offers cannot be combined with any other offer and cannot be combined with other guests vouchers to create a party. Parties are full price unless otherwise noted. We can only redeem 1 voucher per hour so please book your appoinment in advance if you are looking for a particulare date and time. Vouchers cannot be booked as multiples. This would be considered a party and is full priced.
PARTIES must be cancelled by text / call confirmation. Cancellation must be done 7 days in advance to be able to apply deposit to future party. Party must be done within 30 days of the original payment or deposit will be forfeited. There is 15 min grace period for all party members to arrive. After grace period the party will proceed with the service and missed time will be forfeited by the late party member. There are no refunds on deposits and $25 late fee will apply to guests arriving after 15 mins of scheduled start time. Deposits are non transferable.
SERIES PACKAGE HOLDERS have the advantage to cancel appointments up to 8 hours in advance. Cancellation less than 8 hours will forfeit that appointment credit. Rescheduled appointment must still fall within the series expiration date.
We use USPS shipping. Shipping is $8 for limited time only within the USA. Items will ship out 3 -5 business days after order is received and can take 3-10 business days to be delivered. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed due to our company not having control of parcel business. Covid19 may cause some shipping delays.
Please be sure to fill out address information correctly and completely. We print out address exactly as the customer gives it to us. We cannot be responsible for incorrect address shipments if we print address exactly as customer has given it to us.
Address is for scheduled pick up orders only. Please order online first then schedule pickup during allotted pick up hours. We currently do not have in store shopping.
